职位描述

  • 岗位职责:

    1.负责相关行政事务;
    Responsible for administrative affairs;
    2.负责客户接待工作;
    Responsible for receptionist duties;
    3.协助客户服务;
    Assist and support customer service.
    4.协助处理内/外部的其它事宜。
    Assist to deal with internal/external on other issues.
  • 在职资格:

    1.专科以上学历;
    Associate’s degree;
    2.有良好的服务意识,有服务行业相关工作经验者优先;
    Customer-oriented; work experience in service industry is preferred;
    3.流利的英语及普通话(大学英语四级以上);
    Proficient in English (CET4 or above) and Mandarin;
    4.熟练使用计算机;
    Computer proficient, with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
    5.良好的沟通协调能力及优秀的人际交往能力;
    Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
    6.成熟稳重,乐于助人并且具备独立处理问题的能力;
    Mature,, helpful, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills;
    7.形象及气质良好。
