    the  sales  director  is  responsible  for  the  development  and  implementation  of  our  sales  strategy  and  delivery  of  revenue  and  profitability.

    profitable  development  of  our  markets,with  your  support  team,  will  be  your  overall  objective.  
    we  also  expect  you  to  contribute  to  our  senior  management  team  in  matters  of  manufacturing,  forwarder  and  finance.while  we  prefer  a  candidate  with  a  marketing  background,we  encourage  candidates  with  a  strong  flair  in  management.

    a  bachelor  degree  in  management  will  be  well  regarded.  

    responsibilities:
    -sales  revenue  growth  and  profitability  within  china  market
    -development  of  strategies  to  acquire  new  customers  and  markets
    -develop  and  maintain  an  appropriate  sales  and  marketing  force  for  delivery  of  our  products  and  services  to  the  market  
    -assume  overall  responsibility  for  the  development  of  our  commercial  relationships  with  our  customers
    -coordinate  the  needs  of  the  market  with  manufacturing,  finance,  product  managers  ,forwarder  and  it  as  well  as  our  overseas  client
    -promote  our  brand  name  and  products  within  china
    -report  to  the  managing  director

    requirements:
    -hardworking  character
    -at  least  2  years  recent  experience  relevant  to  our  market  and  business,  preferably  dealing  with  engineered  products  in  china  
    -success  in  establishing  key  account  relationships
    -energetic,  hardworking  and  self-  motivated  personality
    -familiarity  in  a  multi-cultural  environment  including  exposure  to  international  business
    -excellent  written  and  verbal  command  of  chinese  and  english  
    -team  leader  qualities
    -excellent  skill  in  data  processing
