职责描述：在董事会的领导下，全面协助校长主持学校的教育教学和行政管理工作。
１、实施学校发展规划、拟订工作计划、财务预算和学校规章制度。
２、聘任和招聘学校工作人员、实施奖惩。
３、组织教育教学、科学研究活动、保证教育教学质量。
４、负责学校日常管理工作等。
要求：
１、本科以上学历，具有五年以上教育行业策划及运作管理工作经验。
２、热爱教育事业，具有很强的行政领导能力、业务拓展能力、团队管理能力。
